Item is not so tiny, I think will fit most M guys pretty ok.
For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I can put the item on and pose no problem, actually it does not look awfully too small on me but maybe starts to look too much like a shirt.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
