The shelf is a designer item. I don't remember the brand. But it's quite heavy (about 20kg). The 2 pieces of the shelf are joined together using a french cleat mechanism (similar to the last picture to show how the french cleat works). So it's extremely sturdy hanging wall shelf.
Pick up at Uusmäki. You should have a car.
