Good condition, has very obviously been worn and washed but I think there's nothing very bad about it. Shape remains excellent, hem/elastic has no issues. Zipper looks very good and causes me no concern.
General shape of the item is very appealing, regular yet has no massive volume, not too long so looks good and "compact" on 180cm fella like myself
Size tag XL but recommended more strongly for somebody sized L
Some spots with normal piling like the area around the pockets + hood but it all looks natural.
Of course has natural loss of colour but does not look too bad, no bad spots/sun damage/discoloration
Graphics have extremely nice colour balance and harmony
Worst defect is the white stuff you see in the graphics near the zipper, it looks like dried powdery glue but likely isn't, the graphics have simple deterioratred a little there even though the graphics printing technique is not the poorest and the images hold on strongly still.
With all that said, item still has good harmony and it looks just right.
Fruit of the Loom, they sometimes have very nice stuff like here, the 80/20 material mix is good, when it's 50cotton/50poly things go to shit fast.
For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Perfect fit.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
