Variable Line Output: The line level output can be controlled by the remote only.
Disc Skip: Each time you press the disc skip button the tray rotates one position and allows you to put a disc into an unused position. You can safely load one disc at a time without using disc skip.
Disc Exchange: You can exchange up to 4 discs while playing a fifth (must use disc skip after each one).
Music Scan: Allows you to sample the beginning of each track on a disc. The play time can be varied between 10, 20 and 30 seconds.
Optical Digital Output: A single Toslink optical digital output is provided for connection to an outboard digital to analog converter, DAT, CD recorder or mini-disc recorder.
20 track music calendar: A calendar like display lights up with the number of tracks on each disc. The track numbers on the display disappear after that track has played.
Hybrid pulse D/A converters: A design that minimizes zero-cross distortion.
Shuffle Play: You can select the random playback of tracks on any or all of the discs loaded in the changer. The changer will not repeat the tracks already played.
Repeat Play: You can repeat the current track, all tracks on all discs, all tracks on the current disc, all tracks on all discs in random order, all tracks on the current disc in random order, and program play.
Peak Level Search: Especially useful for recording, peak search scans the disc, finds the loudest passage, and then plays it back repeatedly so you can set record levels.
Time Edit: When recording, this feature allows you to create a program that will fit the length of the tape. This unit automatically creates a program, keeping the original order of the disc.
CD Compatibility: When tested here, this unit played both audio CD-Rs and CD-RWs.
