An old brown armchair is looking for a new owner. The (faux?) leather is dried out and a little cracked, but you can renew it with an armchair cover.
The armrests can be removed by unscrewing a couple of screws to clean it between the seat and the armrests, or to get it through a narrow door. The feet can also be removed if it makes it easier to move.
I can help you disassemble it and pack it into your car, but since as I don't have a car myself, I can't help you deliver the furniture.
