A four person tent in a usable condition. The fabric of the tent if intact. The poles are missing the shock cords, but still usuable. It has been used as it is for the past two summers with no issue.
Water proofness is for very light short showers, the tent struggles in prolonged showers. It has handled light drizzles adequately.
