World of Warships + World of tanks account (50% discount on everything)

Hi!, I am selling MY PERSONAL account of World of warships + World of tanks in the America server.
The account can be consider literally a whale/collectors account since i have spend lot of money trying to get everything i can in both games since i created the account couple years ago. The Account also has 50% discount in every item from the premium shop (paying with Paypal or Card) due the account being registered in my native country from America where there is cheaper currency (i cannot disclosure the exact country for security reasons before buying).

About the price, i have taken in consideration the amount of money i spent over the years (more than 7k euros for sure) + 50% discount on everything from the premium shop + giving the account with full access (Email, City when the account was created, Internet provider when the account was created and also Payments made with the account since its creation).
I would like to make the deal and transfer of the account in person, to make sure everything is safe and correct since this is a serious offer. I am also open to negotiatons or receive part of the payment with a gaming laptop if you have one.
Now i will try my best to answer some questions you probably have, but remember is better to send a direct message so i can answer more in detail.
1. Why i am selling the account and why in Finland if its from the America server?
A:The truth is that since i moved from America to Finland i have been facing multiple challenges and had very little time to really take care of both games properly. I also consider even if the account is in the American region, you would not miss anything since it is a very active community with more than 10k players on both games + a more friendly chat experience without crazy russians or middle east players like in Europe server.
2. How is the ping playing from Finland?
A. In World of Warships ping sits very nicely around 80ms, you will not notice any difference at all. Meanwhile, in World of Tanks ping goes from 100ms to 120ms. From my opinion is still very playable and almost not noticiable, being able to carry any match without problem.
3. How does the 50% discount works?
A. Since the account was register in an American country (from where i came from), the currency of the premium shop is in my native country currency as well, Where for example if a tank cost 40 euros normally in Europe, in my account it cost 23 euros. This applies for Gold, loot boxes and any other items from the premium shop, making it super easy to get rare tanks/ships just spending half of what you would have spend normally in native Euros.
4.Is the price negotiable?
A. I would think so. Though, i think price is fine considering what this account can offer to you looking into the future of both games... Not only it will save you time researching and grinding but also more important money when you want to get a desire ship/tank from the game. Kind of high investment, high reward in the end.
Lastly, i would like to thank you if you readed until the end. I know this is not just the common thing to expect from Tori but hopefully you would understand my need of sell this acc when im going through a rough life here. Also, as i said in the beginning, a completely talk in finnish is also possible if desired.
