When we moved to a new place, this was in the garage. It's stainless steel, really thick tubes, beautifully made, the kind of thing that costs over 1000€ to buy new. And it's in great condition.
So why is this one so cheap? Well, it's the type that has long legs that are fixed into the ground with concrete. When the previous owners removed it from their garden, they had to cut the legs off. So now the legs are only a few centimeters long below ground level. It still has the diagonal supports, so if you're careful with the concrete and you bolt it down securely, it could be OK. Or if you know someone who can weld stainless steel, you could make the legs longer. But if that sounds like something you can deal with, then you can have a really badass mattoteline for a bargain price. :)
