Comes with brand new original Sony lens pouch, lens collar, original lens cover (condition not as good as the lens, scratches and scuff marks), with extra 95mm circular lens cover.
Lens has no scratches / marks at all, no oil on blades, when you shine a light behind, you can see some small dust, but this is my go to lens for a long time and not once it failed me or has any effects on the image
