Magnifying Glass III is a real Master thief who is always anxious to live up to the reputation of his grandfather, the legendary Arsène Lupin, so that no artwork is safe from him. In a robbery, Lupin encounters counterfeit money and thus comes on the track of a counterfeiting ring sitting in the smallest country in the world, Cagliostro.
