Offered here is an original traditional 0.5 litre German Stein with pewter lid.
I am unsure of the exact year of the stein but on the base is pressed the text, Made in Western Germany which strongly suggests it dates back to pre-1990.
A little online research suggests it dates from the 1950s. There is also a number that has been pressed but it is very light. I think it is the number 18.
Considering its age the piece is in very good used condition with some minor chips in the paint work but no major cracks (see photos).
Due to the fragility of the piece it is offered for sale pick up only. We can arrange to meet in either Punavuori or Jätkäsaari, whichever suits best.
