Offered for sale here is a vintage manual hair clipper in its original packaging. The packaging has seen better days but the clippers themselves appear to be of a decent quality. However on this particular set there appears to be some broken prongs on one end. Condition has been factored into the price.
I have no idea about the product, or how well they clip hair.
