Offered for sale here is a framed original Olympus Camera magazine advertisement from 1979.
The text on the print reads:
The OM-2 is inspiringly precise and easy to use because it totally controls light. Even light from our T20 flash. Only Olympus gives you an electronic system that measures light the precise instant it strikes the film.
Other cameras go blind at the moment of exposure truth but our TTL Direct Light Measuring System closes the shutter only after the film is splashed with the perfect amount of light.
That’s why the Olympus OM-2 is perfect for nervous novices and unequalled for pros who dream perfection. It’s virtually mistakeproof.
Which is also why our T20 flash is positively inspiring. Note its lack of complicated dials and settings.
The T20 is entirely controlled by the OM-2 which gives you new and far more flexible flash capabilities.
When the correct amount of light meets the film, the camera instantly cuts the flash emission in precisely the needed time. Which means any lens aperture can be used. And any lens. Including wide angles and telephotos.

This print is almost 50 years old, so there will be signs of age. Some discoloration is commonplace and often there are small tears and signs of wear — little badges of authenticity.
There will be images and/or text on the back-side of your print. In some cases this may be slightly discernible through your print.
The brand-new A4 frame measures 22.7cm x 31.7cm x 1.0cm.
The print sits centered on an A4 sheet of Canson Iris Vival 185gsm card stock and is held in place using a single Goldbuch acid-free adhesive.
