Phantom Limb is a luxurious, aromatic experience for the discerning gentleman. Upon opening, a vibrant burst of bergamot, reminiscent of a sun-drenched Italian orchard, greets the senses.
This citrusy top note quickly gives way to the warmth of juniper and black pepper, creating a sophisticated and invigorating middle accord. The juniper, with its woody and slightly resinous character, adds a grounding element, while the black pepper provides a subtle, almost spicy kick.
As the it settles, the base notes of Atlas, Virginian, and Himalayan cedar emerge, enveloping the skin in a comforting and woodsy embrace. The Atlas cedar lends its earthy and slightly sweet aroma, the Virginian cedar offers a more pungent and smoky facet, and the Himalayan cedar provides a clean, fresh, and slightly camphoraceous note.
The result is a complex and beautifully balanced fragrance that evokes a sense of both tranquility and invigorating energy, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and the mind clear, much like the phantom limb itself, a reminder of strength and resilience.
