An attractive and complete miniature deck of traditional Italian playing cards, dating to the early decades of the 20th century, preserved together with its original cardboard box.The deck consists of 40 cards in the classic Italian suits (cups, coins, swords and batons), printed in chromolithography with vivid and still well-preserved colours. The graphic style is fully representative of popular Italian production of the period, with expressive court figures and finely detailed suit symbols.Particularly noteworthy is the miniature format (approx. 4 × 3 cm), characteristic of pocket or travel decks.
