I am selling this vintage cocktail/evening dress by Helena Sorel, a Parisian designer. The provenance is that I bought it in the early 2000s when I was a young slim woman starting my professional life in Geneva, from a shop in nearby France that sold Paris designers (the owner would go to Paris every season to attend fashion shows and bring back stock). It is a cocktail dress, but I did occasionally wear it to the office too.
The fabric is synthetic, and can be hand washed. It is beautiful -- green, with cold and blue detail.
The dress does not have a size label, but it is for someone slim -- a 34 or 36 maybe. I measured 40 cm unstretched from armpit to armpit, 44 stretched. And 33 cm across the waist. As a guide, at the time I was 174 cm and 60 kg. The fabric is stretchy. It is in good condition -- I always treated it with care as it was my most elaborate piece of clothing.
