💎 This sale is intended for collectors and genuine vintage high end fashion aficionados. This is a real gem, an original designer garment from the 1970s.
By designer Gil Aimbez. From his line "Genre". Produced between 1973 and 1977.
"Gil Aimbez (b. 1940) studied art and fashion in Los Angeles before heading to New York. There he worked for Anne Klein and other firms as a pattern maker and design assistant. In 1973 Aimbez became the sportswear designer at Genre, a company owned by Peter Clements. Other labels were added; Bon Menage in 1977 and Snafu in 1978."
Thick and warm knit in a bouclé (wool/mohair/(plain pure) wool mix.
Muted colours : golden brown (no metallic threads), light grey and black in horizontal stripes.
Raglan, 3/4 sleeves. Fitted, ribbed waist. The hood has a pointed shape. Larger buttons on the front and smaller buttons on the hood. All the buttons can be undone.
Fits size XS - S approx.
Stretchy as it is a knit.
Please allow +-3 cm error margin.
