I am selling a magic little tree house custom built for kids 6-12.
The house is 2m x 2m x 1,5m with a 1x2m terrace infront - making it a total footprint of 2m x 3m. It best sits at a hight of around 2m. The inside is big enough to even sleep in it with 3 to 4 people
It comes with a swing, a secret hatch to climb into and a small wooden play oven.
If you want to buy it, you have to come pick it up in Espoo yourself - come with a small van or a trailer. It has quite a bit of weight (around 400kg) because its base is built from robust wood planks. I will disassemble the house together with you and we can mark the parts so it’s easy for you to build it back up again.
Find a tree that has a trunk ideally 50-70cm in width to support the weight.
