Very Good structural condition,
Visually Good condition, item has natural fading but it's not caused by sun/uv exposure damage so it just looks natural and does not register as a defect; colour is not turning to brown/yellow. Has no spots with damage or thread pulls, all the wear is surface "weathering" which it carries well and the quality shows.
Heavy item, chunky-ish midsized weave pattern, item of course flexes a bit but not so much that it would sag. I'm 2-3 sizes too small for the item and still it does not sag in an ugly way. This kind of item is poor to wear if they are saggy in nature.

XXL and extra roomy, will fit easy even on a true XXL guy, 3XL no problem
For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos, 106cm chest) it's 2-3 sizes too big but still holds a pretty shape, you can tell the quality of the fabric by how it hangs.
