The fusion drive was replaced recently with a 1TB SSD (cost 100€). It's now faster than when I bought it new in the spring 2018.
The iMac has been factory reset and is ready to be configured from scratch. It comes with wireless keyboard and mouse.
Note that for this model Apple dropped support after Mac OS Ventura 13. However rumours tell that Sonoma and Sequoia can be installed using OpenCore Legacy Patcher, though not officially supported by Apple.
