This PSU has been modified: the original fan was replaced because it was producing excessive noise. The replacement is a standard PC fan, so its power lead is not connected internally to the PSU. Instead, it must be connected to a motherboard fan header or a fan hub/controller. The fan cable is visible in the last two photos.
Other than the original fan noise, the PSU has operated without issues.
I am selling it because I upgraded to a higher-wattage power supply for a new GPU.
