This rare Kantele was made in the mid 1980s.
We believe it was a collaborative work:
R Parviainen the engineer/machinist made the special mechanism and
A Laitinen the wood craftsman built the body using specially sourced woods

* Wonderful woods including Flame Birch (loimukoivu) and beech
