This AMD version of the ThinkPad L14 is significantly more powerful than the intel versions and the heatsink is of much better quality. The cooling system being better means that the processor is able to stay well below its thermal limit while achieving much better performance than the intel CPUs.
This is a used laptop that came from a company that recently went out of business. I have fully refurbished and reset everything, including cleaning all dust out of the fans & vents, and applying new thermal paste. I also installed 8GB more RAM and calibrated a brand new battery. So it will work as well (if not better than) when it was new. Latest version of Windows 11 Pro installed and fully updated with all of the most recent drivers, as well as the newest BIOS version.
There are some very minor signs of use on the case, but none of which affect the computer’s performance. If you’re in Jyväskylä, you are very welcome to come and try it before you buy it!
