The middle shelf is glass, the rest is metal.
The bottom shelf has some spotting on one side (see photo 7)
The shelf is sold assembled and the instruction paper is included.
Some small additional devices, such as wire holder, a tool to connect the shelf to the wall, and the back belt are not included! (See the pictures with the red circles).
Ourselves we used it without connecting to the wall, and it held the tv and some boxes fine.
