Vintage Parker 45 Insignia fountain pen, Made in USA, with its distinctive gold-finish engraved body and original trim. The pen is engraved “B.N.U. / I.E.M. – FIRST SYNDICATED LOAN – 11-11-81”, commemorating a 1981 banking event involving Banco Nacional Ultramarino and the Instituto Emissor de Macau.
The pen carries the QC Parker date code (Q2 1980), making it a particularly interesting vintage piece with a later commemorative engraving.
Good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. An unusual piece for collectors of Parker pens, Portuguese/Macau history, BNU memorabilia or banking history.
A distinctive and uncommon Parker 45 Insignia with documented historical engraving.
