I bought it secondhand in Japan. It shows some signs of use, but no tears or rips. The fabric is weighty and soft. The socks are slightly stained, the dirt won't wash out, and the wig is a little tangled; it's pre-owned
Not sold separately. This price includes the costume and wig. (I didn't wash the cosplay because I'm too shy to wash it; I only wore it once for a photoshoot in my room.)
