This is a 1998 Scott apache ATB/MTB. The frame and fork are chromoly. The frame is marked 19", and I believe it fits like a modern medium. It’s been recently gone through and these parts have been replaced with less that 50km on them:
- Schwalbe tires - Rapid Rob rear and Racing Ralph front both 26x2.25
- Pro LT Rise 40mm handlebar (740mm width)
- Lapierre 60mm stem
- Jagwire Brake cables and Shimano shifter cables
- Tektro 11-42 8 speed cassette
-Shimano Acera RD-M3020 rear derailleur
- Shimano SL-M315 8R shifter
- Shimano Brake pads
- Bbb threadless stem adapter
- Shimano SM-BB52 bottom bracket
- Shimano MT510-1 crankset with 34t chainring
- KMC x8 chain
- Ergotec 2 seatpost
- ODI reflex XL lock on grips
- Avid FR-5 brake levers
- CXWXC pedals
Aside from those new parts, the bearings in the wheels and headset have been cleaned and re-greased. The seat is also a WTB Volt, which was a take off from a Kona Rove ST.
It's important to note that the frame has been cleaned, but it's still almost 30 years old and does show wear and use that isn't easy to photograph due to the black paint looking really good in photos.
