"Accordingly the musical bandwidth of Dungen has increased on Skit I Allt, sounding more nuanced and diverse in its sound than ever before. The production of this latest album is especially impressive, capturing the analogue spirit of '70s progressive rock without being caricaturish, and on early entries 'Vara Snabb' and 'Min Enda Van' there's a wonderful clarity and restraint to the mix, with the woodwind elements snaking their way through the former beautifully. Continuing to impress, the squawking, fuzz-box guitars and motoring percussion of 'Brallor' provide the sort of alien vintage sounds you'd only normally hear on a Finders Keepers archive find, while late entry 'Nasta Sommar' offers one of the breeziest, poppiest highlights in the band's catalogue to date, wending through a melancholic, wispy spread of chiming guitars and campfire percussion. Of course the harder rocking numbers are fully accounted for, with title track 'Skit I Allt' leading the charge - its dual guitar leads sounding better with every playthrough." -Boomkat
