The dress is actually of a brighter colour than appears on the picture. More like a green olive!

Length of the sleeves and skirt was shortened manually, see the last 3 photos.
Length of the dress: 93cm
It's a bit hard to understand where the shoulders start/end in this dress, as the sleeves go straight from the neck. So I measured roughly looking at the neck fabric from inside. Below are the flat measurements:
