I got this dress from a friend so had to do some digging on this item. It looks like it's Marimekko from early 2000s, likely a Salesman Sample (SMS) — a finished, production-quality prototype garment used to market a collection and secure wholesale orders before mass production begins.
94% viscose, 6% elastane.

Both armpits have slight spotting, probably from deodorant. There are also small lints in the armpit areas. Not visible when wearing, but I decreased the price for an item because of those nevertheless. See the last 4 photos for the spots.
