Excellent condition. Ridden only 3-4 short days as I bought as a quiver board and still mainly default to my more aggressive all mountain options e.g., rode this last year 1/2 a day in Himos, 1 hr in Messila! Tried last year the larger size and realised this was too small - I am quite a bit over the weight limit - so selling. Excellent condition e.g. top sheet pretty much pristine, edges no hits. There is one visible scratch (not deep) c. 3-4cm on the base between the heelside of bindings, otherwise more or less as new.
NO it does not come with the Union ultra bindings!
