Has been used but has no damage.
Crotch, pockets flex panels have no issues. Flex panels have a little pilling and zippers have lost so paint but that is it.

For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I can put both pants on, black is 2% smaller. I would not start wearing either as they would rip in action.
Ideal user for both is 32/32 guy, they will fit with no problem. 33/32 guy may take a chance if you don’t have much volume in thigh/rear area.
