Located along the Jose Fuentebella National Highway, corner of Quezon Street, inside the compound of the old Municipal Building, now the LTO (Land Transportation Office). The house can accommodate 8 persons, 2 persons in two of the bedrooms, 3 persons in the 3rd bedroom and available 3 folding beds which could be put anywhere the house. Master's bedroom is located on the first floor as well as the kitchen, living room and a bar table with 2 bar chairs. On the second floor locates two bedrooms with cabinets in each room and a toilet and bath. All rooms have air-conditioned units, and both bathrooms have a showerheater. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic induction 4-burner hob, microwave, coffeemaker etc.

Guests are provided with bed sheets, linens, pillows and towel. There is an extra air mattress to be used when needed.
