Ottoman Storage Bed Lift Up bed hinge Mechanism & Gas Strut

These hinges will allow you to attach the base and the top of the bed together while the gas struts provide the power to lift and hold the bed up in the open position.

The hinge cantilevers forward so the bed can be pushed up against a wall.

Hinges the top and bottom of the bed together while the gas strut assists with raising before holding the bed in the open position.

Depending on the weight of the mattress, the mechanism to be used is determined:

For a mattress + mattress frame up to 45 kg - 450 N can be used - single bed

For mattress up to 75 kg - 750 N can be used - double bed

For mattress up to 100 kg - a 1000 N mechanism can be used - king size bed

For mattress up to 120 kg - 1200 N can be used - super king size bed
