Colour is plain simple Coca Cola / Fire engine red
NO shades of burgundy, purple, maroon etc.
Wonderful design, one of the most wearable and appealing items in Carhartt catalogue in my view
Midweight+++ cotton fabric

Regular cut
Excellent proportions and wonderful regular shape, somewhat "smart" still as it does not sit boxy even though it is clearly well off the body.
Neck/surfaces are absolute clean but it can not be mistaken for a new item
Slits at the sides, they are short in lenght and look great, it's a tricky detail that I think often looks bad, not here though.
Good sleeve shape, roomy but not sloppy
For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Good fit but too close to take any layers underneath. In reality for me fits too much like shirt. My chest measures 102cm, if I do the "hug myself" move it just starts to catch at the end.
