The cotton fabric breathes really well and you won't have condensation issues like in synthetic tents.
The tent has a synthetic floor, which keeps water out.
Both doors can be opened and side "windows" (protected with mesh) can be closed.
The original French army nylon tarp can be used separately, but fits perfectly over the tent, providing weather protection without sacrificing ventilation.
Condition is good and tent amd tarp have seen very little use.
