Vintage 1980 Phasor - Japan?

Very rare effects pedal from the 1980s, I believe the year code on the chips is 1980. Haven’t really seen one like this before!
It looks to be a 4 stage phaser, and it sounds the part: Very lush and musical. The enclosure looks like it was inspired by DOD effect enclosures from the 1970s/80s.
Don’t know much more about this, but it all works, and sounds great! All original.
