🏷️ Up for sale is a gorgeous vintage trench coat from the 70s by the renowned French luxury fashion house, Léonard Paris.
So mod, so pop, so Swinging London!
🎨 Light grey-cream.
Lots of nice details: stylized trenchcoat-style collar; decorative (fake?) leather buttons at shoulders, front, front pockets and cuffs; matching belt to cinch around the waist; two functional while decorative front pockets; tone-on-tone topstitching.
✂️ Perfect cut, very structured, typical of the best designers of the era; you will look good wearing it!
The most famous saharienne style trench coats from the late 60s-early 70s in French fashion are by Saint Laurent and Ted Lapidus. Léonard and Daniel Hechter created some nice designs, too and this coat is here to prove it.
🔎 Lightweight eco suede fabric.
Unfortunately, the photos don't do the material justice and seem to be showing darker zones and stains. Whereas these are not present on the coat, which is in excellent vintage condition!
⚠️ This 50+ years old coat in excellent pre-loved condition. Slight wear to a couple of the buttons (last 2 photos). Please have a thorough at all the photos.
