Artek Nojatuoli 45 / NEEDS REPAIRS !!

I am selling this Alvar Aalto chair, the model is Nojatuoli 45. The price for a new chair is between 1700~2000€ (Finnish Design Shop).
As you can see, the belts are ripped and I don’t have time to take care of it myself.
I have contacted Fasetti (shop specialized in design furniture in Helsinki) and they replied that the belts can be fixed. Two options are possible :
1. new synthetic belts including material and work, 330€
2. new Artek linen belts including material and work, 500€

The wood is in ok condition.
