Very Good condition, nearly excellent. Surfaces have no flaws but at the same item is obviously not unworn.
Fabric is sturdy mid-shell-like soft windfleece
Silent, classy looking fabric with a gorgeous fuzz texture
Gorgeous dark lichen/dark mint green colour
Fabric has no signs of rubbing or wear

Chest/zip area is nice and flat, no bumps caused by bad zipper integration for example
Size 38 -- womens sizing, item fits like mens S regular / M
You can tell only by the sleeve length that it's womens item. So, very suitable for unisex wear.
Has good room in the shoulders/back, great for the swing.
For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I can wear the item no problem but it's a short. With black denim as in the pictures the item looks spectacular. Sleeves are a bit short for me but not silly and in fact it might be desirable in some situations.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
