With an outer shell constructed of Odessa cowhide and a detachable thermal body warmer for those cooler days, the requisite utility that would be expected of a REV’IT! jacket is certainly available. Though the thermal liner can definitely be utilized to retain some heat and extend the temperature window, with substantial perforation throughout the chest and abdomen, and as the name might suggest, the Airstream is still going to be best suited for warm-weather riding regardless. Additional features include CE protectors at the shoulders and elbows that have been crafted to give off a more refined, less bulky look than some of the Airstreams contemporaries. At the same time, and as with most REV’IT! jackets, it is also able to take a Seesoft CE-Level 2 back protector (type RV), if you are looking to augment the protective features even further.
