I got it from kierratyskeskus but found it is a bit too soft for my liking. I also have 2 extra sets of legs. I don't know what the model or manufacturer is, but it is a decent bed, just not for me. One of the legs is missing the rubber thing that insulates it from the floor (pictured), but I think you can find those easily in stores like Clas Ohlson, and as I said, there are spare sets that I found in my apartment lying around
