Bought from Tori a year ago. Used very little in the hall way in a spare apartment.
I would say mint condition but age is unknown. There is a small scratch on the arm rest.
It folds out as a bed, but we didn't use it that way. I think it would work as a bed for short overnight stays, and it probably needs thick blanket or mattress topper to be more comfortable.
We have a dog that doesn't live in the spare apartment, but has been to it a few times.
Not very heavy.
