The width-adjustable bench press and squat rack is a versatile lifting training tool that can be used either alone or in combination with an incline or flat bench.
The squat rack is made of sturdy 6 x 6 cm steel tubing and its vertical parts are connected with a width-adjustable crossbar. The rack's precise finishing makes it comfortable and safe to use. The rack includes one pair of bar supports and one pair of extended safety supports. There are racks at the bottom of the vertical posts where you can store plate weights.
The width of the rack's bar supports can be adjusted between 62 -122 cm, so training is possible with bars of any length. If necessary, the racks can also be completely removed separately. There are a total of 26 bar support points, which makes it easier to find the right position and allows the racks to be used with different benches. The support holes are drilled every 5 cm and the height can be adjusted between 37 - 163 cm.
