The user interface is surprisingly easy to use and you can get some really solid sounds from it, perfect for practicing or even amateur live use in my opinion. Selling only because I bought the smaller Ampero Mini instead. Power cable and USB cable are included. It has some minor cosmetical marks on it but works as it should. Cheapest price new is currently 269€.
