The box can be used as the baby's first bed together with the mattress.
The box was designed by Heli Hyppönen. The pattern is called 'Satumetsä' (fairy-tale forest).
The pattern shows forest animals on adventure in their own environment in Finnish nature during different seasons. The pattern reflects the diversity of families so that the animals form different kinds of families.
The design was selected as part of a competition which Kela organised in 2022 for young designers. The pattern won the category Nature and family.
