Almost new (used for two seasons), selling because moving to apartment with integrated AC.
This thing is amazing, you don't need any pipes to the window, you fill it with water once a season, then you need to let it "charge" for two hours (for example in a room with your clothes drying) - it will produce a lot of hot air, but then, for about 6-8 hours it works like a proper AC. During the +30C heat in the summer, it gets an 18m2 room to 24C degrees and keeps it like that for a few hours.
