Excellent mechanical condition, very good cosmetic condition. A few paint chips on the frame, a few wear marks on the cranks and handlebars, but all 'honest wear' over the years and nothing unusual.
No mechanical defects, the bike has just been fully serviced.
New Shimano SPD pedals fitted (new cleats included, and I can give you a pair of Shimano SPD shoes in EU 44 size if helpful for you).
New chain, new handlebar grips and new high-end rechargeable LED lights are fitted.
The groupset is a mix of LX with hydraulic disk brakes and an XT rear mech, 3 x 9 speed. Shifting is precise and trouble-free. The brake pads and disks on both sets of wheels are in excellent condition, brake as expected and have a lot of life remaining.
The wheels fitted are Sun Ringle Black Flag Pro, with HG freewheel and Shimano rotors. The tyres are Continental XKing on the rear, Specialized Fast Track Control on the front. The rims are tubeless ready. The rims are straight running and as good as they look and the tyres have had very little wear, so most of their service life remains.
The second set of wheels are the original Bontrager wheels that came with the bicycle. They are fitted with Nokian Hakkapelita studded MTB tyres. The freewheel is a HG unit and the rotors are Shimano. The rims are also tubeless ready. The rims are straight running and the tyres are in excellent condition with no visible signs of wear, or defects.
The forks are RockShox Recon Team, U-Turn Air, adjustable between 90-120mm of travel with 'Black Box' fully adjustable damping, rebound and lockout. Working flawlessly, no leaks, excellent match for this frame.
The saddle is an SDG Titanium railed saddle, showing signs of wear but in good functional condition. Cranks are Bontrager, bottom bracket is Shimano LX.
If you've read this far, you know what you're looking at. I'm able to deliver in person in the Helsinki/Vantaa/Espoo area or I can meet you at Kerava railway station where you can take the very frequent commuter train service with bicycle car into the city, or towards Lahti/Riihimäki. Otherwise sending is possible via Matkahuolto in which case I can arrange careful packaging, costs to be paid in advance.
