Selling this beautiful 15" Apple MacBook Pro 2014.
Still a capable machine! I've used it from time to time, mostly for music production, with no real issues or freezes.
Gorgeous 15 inch display, and plenty of ports!

The highest natively supported OS would be Big Sur.
With OpenCore Legacy Patcher you can run newer versions such as Sonoma.
Linux is another great option if you prefer that route.
I've made some repairs and upgrades to make sure it keeps on running:
- Battery replaced with the one from iFixit. Works flawlessly on the laptop, gives enough power for about 4 hours browsing
- Storage: installed a Sintech SSD adapter, probably the best on the market. This lets you use a standard NVMe M.2 SSD instead of Apple’s proprietary one. Currently fitted with a 500 GB drive, but I’ve tested it with a 1 TB Samsung NVMe and it worked perfectly.
It's in good condition. Though clearly not a new one, so some defects are present. I've tried to make them clearly visible on the photos.
I’m selling it because I have two similar machines and I’d like this one to find a good home.
It’s a great project for enthusiasts and still a pleasure to use every day.
