🟣 MOI! I’m Maya, an artist and certified bodyworker with over 13 years of experience.
I began studying classical massage in 2011–2012 at the Academy of Restorative Medicine in Moscow, which became the foundation for exploring the body and touch as a form of dialogue.
Over the years, I expanded my practice, learning both Eastern and Polynesian techniques. Among the Eastern approaches, I studied Thai massage in 2013 -2014 at Meta School with Leila Gadzhinskaya and Anna Yunosheva, deepening my understanding of the connection between body, energy, and consciousness. On the Polynesian side, I trained in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage (2015) with Zinaida Kazarina, a practice focused on fluid, harmonious movements, breath, and presence, creating a holistic and ritual experience.
Later, my professional path expanded beyond massage techniques toward a more subtle, mindful work with the body. I studied Lazhenie (2016) at Alexey Kolyada’s School — a practice based on deep, non-intrusive touch, mindful presence, slowness, and respect for the body’s inner processes.
My approach combines classical massage, Eastern and Polynesian techniques, and somatic work, focusing on restoring body awareness, sensitivity, and creating a safe space for profound physical and energetic experience.
